The Minister of Health, as the Central Purchasing Authority for the Health Sector, continues the test procedure for purchasing medicines through the Electronic System. The purpose of the test procedure is to test all the functionalities of the system in real time for operability and efficiency.
The stage from which the test procedure continues is the submission of offers by potential participants. The indicative timetable for the tests is as follows:
The period for the submission of test bids will be from 09:00 on 25.09.2018 until the end of the day on 26.09.2018. Test bids will be able to be submitted according to two test procedures generated in the e-procurement system.The period for the evaluation of bids received will be from 09:00 on 27.09.2018 until the end of the day on 28.09.2018. During this period, the bidders who have submitted bids will receive messages requesting for additional documents, etc.
The e-tender will be conducted from 09:00 hours on 01.10.2018 to 17:00 hours on 02.10.2018.
