Requirements to the prospective members of the Bulgarian Association of Pharmaceutical Wholesalers:

1. Membership in the Bulgarian Association of Pharmaceutical Wholesalers shall be voluntary.
2. The members of the Bulgarian Association of Pharmaceutical Wholesalers shall be legal entities registered under the Commerce Act, which shall:
   
   • hold a valid permit and/or Pharmaceutical Products Wholesale Certificate, issued under the rules of the Law on Pharmaceutical Products in Human Medicine,
   • and/or hold a valid permit and/or Medical Devices Wholesale Certificate, issued under the rules of the Medical Devices Act.
   • share the objectives of the Bulgarian Association of Pharmaceutical Wholesalers and the means to achieve them, implement its Articles of Association and pay their membership fees regularly.
   • Enjoy a good business reputation;
   • not be members of other branch organizations of pharmaceutical products and medical devices wholesalers;
